1. When the cooling fan is running, sometimes there is a "da da" collision sound, and sometimes there is no sound.
The reason may be that the dense and messy data cables and power cables in the cooling fan have touched the fan blades of the fan, causing the cooling fan to make abnormal noises when it rotates.
Solution: Use rubber bands, adhesive tape, etc. to bundle the data and power cables inside the half fan, and avoid passing over the cooling fan.
2. The cooling fan was used normally in the early stage, but recently it was suddenly found that the fan automatically moved to a fixed position.
The reason may be that the fastener of the radiator fails, and the fan is displaced due to the resonance phenomenon caused by the rotation of the fan.
Solution: Replace with a new buckle.
3. The cooling fan suddenly makes a loud noise when it is in use, even louder than the sound made by the chassis power supply.
The reason may be that too much dust has accumulated on the surface of the cooling fan and the gaps in the radiator, and the motor lubricating oil of the fan has completely dried up, which causes a motor-like roar.
Solution: We can wipe the cooling fan with soft paper, and use a medical swab to wipe the gaps, then open the plastic sticker off the fan, and drop one to two drops of ordinary sewing machine oil into the movement.
4. If the cooling fan is used for less than a week, there will be excessive noise and poor rotation, but it will return to normal after a period of time.
The reason may be that the indoor temperature where the cooling fan is located is low, which causes the lubricating oil on the rotating bearing to fail.
Solution: Add antifreeze lubricating oil to the cooling fan, pay attention to the temperature of the use environment, and pay attention to its maintenance.
